In Antalya, stores are generally open Monday through Saturday, and many are open on Sundays as well. Supermarkets usually open at 9:00 a.m., fashion stores from 9:30 or 10:00 a.m. Supermarkets close no later than 9:00 p.m., sometimes as early as 8:00 p.m. Regular stores are often open very late, and it is not uncommon for stores to close as late as midnight, especially in the high season.
Since there is no store closing law, stores are allowed to be open on Sundays. Downtown stores and boutiques are also open on Sundays during normal hours. Shopping centers usually open at 10:00 and close at 22:00, often later during the high season. Government offices and banks are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Those who do not have a permanent residence permit in Turkey and make a purchase worth at least 100, – Turkish Lira plus VAT, can get a tax-free invoice and get the VAT back.
The regular VAT in Turkey is 18%, but some products have only 8% or less VAT. The Tax Free office is located in the departure hall of Antalya Airport.
A tax exemption must be applied for. The products must be presented to customs in their original packaging together with the tax-free invoice. After approval, a part of the VAT will be refunded in Euro or USD. If the goods are to be transported in a suitcase, it must be checked in from the customs department.
